MEET JASON

I’ve spent over 40 years rebuilding my own life while helping others rebuild theirs.

Hospitality gave me purpose. It also taught me pressure, burnout and how easy it is to lose yourself while everyone else thinks you’re doing fine.

I’ve owned businesses, built homes, rebuilt after divorce, paid off major debt and spent years believing alcohol was helping me cope.

Eventually I realised alcohol wasn’t solving my problems. It was helping me avoid them.

Today I’m sober, healthier, happier and more present. I’m still the same bloke who loves cooking, laughing and dancing. I simply don’t need alcohol anymore.

Now my mission is helping people rebuild confidence, habits and identity before life gets even harder.

I don’t coach from theory. I coach from life.

I know what it feels like to look fine on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside.

I’ve rebuilt after debt, divorce, alcohol, pressure, business stress and years of not fully understanding myself.

I know what it feels like to work hard, smile, keep going, make everyone think you’re okay, then use something at the end of the day just to switch off.

I also know what it feels like to rebuild.

If my hard lessons can shorten someone else’s struggle, they were worth something.

This is not about rushing. It is about choosing the next step that feels possible, then building from there.

QUESTIONS YOU MAY BE ASKING

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Most people arrive with questions. That is normal. This is not about having the perfect plan before you start. It is about getting honest about where you are and taking the next step from there.

Do I need to have a drinking problem to work with you?

No. Alcohol is only one way people try to escape pressure, stress, pain or old patterns. I help people rebuild their life, habits, confidence and self-belief. That may include alcohol, but it does not have to.

Do I need to quit drinking forever?

You do not need to decide that today. We start with honesty, awareness and one better choice. Long-term decisions become clearer when you understand yourself better.

Do you only coach men or people in hospitality?

No. Hospitality shaped my story, and my lived experience comes from kitchens, pressure and alcohol. But rebuilding is not only for chefs or men. I support people who are ready to rebuild, regardless of background.

What if I do not know what I need?

That is a common starting point. Most people do not arrive with a clear answer. They arrive tired, confused, overwhelmed or unsure. We begin by slowing things down, listening properly and working out the next honest step.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, practical support and lived-experience guidance. I do not diagnose, treat or replace professional medical or mental health care. If therapy, medical care or crisis support is needed, that should be part of the support network.

Can I work with you online?

Yes. Coaching and support can be done online, which means you do not need to live near me to start rebuilding.

What if I have tried before and failed?

Then we use that as feedback. Failure is not proof that you cannot change. It usually shows us what needs more structure, support or understanding.

What if I am embarrassed to reach out?

That makes sense. Asking for help can feel uncomfortable, especially when you are used to carrying everything yourself. You will not be judged here. We start where you are.
